How much are your notary services?
We charge a different rate for each service, competitive with the market. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text us anytime.
What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?
We provide mobile notary services for cities in Cook and DuPage counties.
What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?
An UNEXPIRED government-issued photo ID (i.e, driver's license, state ID, passport) and the required documents that need to be notarized. If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.
What are your travel fees?
Travel fees are based on your location.
How soon can I book a signing?
As soon as you are ready. However, we recommend that you have all documents in hand before booking the signing.
Do you provide a witness if I need one?
Yes. There is a $20 charge for each witness we provide. However, if you have your own witness(s), they must be 18 years old or over with an UNEXPIRED government-issued photo ID (i.e, driver's license, state ID, passport). They must be of sound mind and able to comprehend the act of witnessing. They must be a neutral third party, not a close family member, agent, or someone who could benefit from the document. They cannot have any interest in the document or transaction, such as being a beneficiary in a will or a party to a contract nor be related to the beneficiary in any capacity. They must be physically present to witness the signer's act of signing.
